Booking and Payment

Tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and group size. We accept various payment methods and will provide confirmation details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will receive full refunds.

Tour Participation

Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions from tour guides. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior that affects other guests' experience.

Health and Safety
